Contact Us

One address reaches us, and the editors read it themselves. Write to support@significadopedia.com and put the reason in the subject line, because the subject line decides how fast it gets to the right person.

One inbox, triaged by the editors

We do not run a contact form, and we do not run a wall of department aliases that all land in the same place anyway. Everything arrives at support@significadopedia.com, and somebody on the desk sorts it each working day into corrections, editorial, commercial and legal.

We have no walk-in office, so post is not a channel we can promise to monitor. Formal notices, including legal service and rights complaints, should go to the same address and will be passed to the publisher. Our copyright and DMCA page lists what a takedown notice has to contain before we can act on it.

Corrections and factual errors

Start the subject line with the word Correction. Give us the headline or the link, quote the sentence you think is wrong, and tell us the right version if you know it. This includes an explanation that was accurate and still left you no clearer, which we count as an error in its own right.

Corrections jump ahead of everything else in the queue and go to the editor who owns standards. What we do next, and how we mark the page, is set out in the corrections policy.

Pitches, press releases and tips

For a pitch, lead with the term or the mechanism a reader would need explained, then the news, then why you are the person to write it. Two paragraphs is plenty. Press releases are read, most are not used, and none get a reply unless we have a question.

If what you are sending is sensitive, say so in the first line and do not attach documents to that first email. We will agree an encrypted route before anything moves. Do not send confidential material from a work account or a work device.

Advertising and other commercial mail

Commercial enquiries come to the same address and are handled on the business side of the desk, never by the reporter covering your sector. Buying space buys space and nothing else.

Formats, rates and the categories we refuse are on the advertise page. Read the refusals first. It saves both of us an exchange of emails.

Privacy and data requests

To see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, write to the same inbox with Data request in the subject. Tell us which right you are exercising and give us enough detail to find you in our records.

What we collect and how long we keep it is in the privacy policy, and the tracking side of it is covered by our cookie policy.

When you can expect an answer

Corrections are looked at the same working day and usually settled within two. Pitches and commercial mail take up to five working days. Data requests are answered inside the statutory window, and we confirm receipt long before that.

Worth saying plainly: that address is the only official channel we have. If an account or a message elsewhere claims to speak for Significadopedia and you cannot confirm it from our inbox, treat it as somebody else.
